Student Handbook

The team at The Australian College of Mining have released an updated version of our Student Handbook as a way of continuously improving our quality of service. Here at ACM, our mission is to provide safe and reliable training services to our clients, students and the community, through innovation, responsible and tailored training, and staying true to our core values.  Please refer to our handbook for details on assessments, our scope, code of practice, complaints handling, customer protection, and student/candidate support, welfare, and guidance, as well as a wide range of further information. We welcome any and all feedback that could be used to improve future editions of our Student Handbook.

Customer Protection Policy

Australian College of Mining (ACM) has a Customer Protection Policy in place as contractually required under Smart and Skilled. This includes the current Complaints and Grievances Policy. For further information on our protection of customer rights, please see attached document.
